Marriage in principle is for peace society which it forms a joint commitment forming common goal, some are monogamous or have one wife and polygamous, namely more than wife. Polygamy indeed allowed Islam Positive Law, but with conditions that must be met. The state also allows the practice of polygamy met, not much different from religious rules.
